As we just celebrated our 12th birthday I can tell you that Signature has seen many joys and challenges. In every case we embraced the joyful times and faced the challenges with the underlying commitment to improving the knitting experience with great tools and customer service while living the Golden Rule of treating others the way we want to be treated. We don’t tolerate hate speech or hateful behavior now or ever. In fact, we have had had to reject monogram requests that were hateful or profane. We love and respect all knitters and have been happy to be part of what we know is a diverse knitting world.As a company, and as a family, we support an environment of inclusivity and kindness and won’t change from that commitment no matter how many birthdays we have.
