This baby sweater design covers 3-12 months in two different sizes.
I designed this pattern a long time ago when I was expecting my child. Everybody said it definitively would be a boy. I had my doubts about that, but nevertheless I designed and knitted this boy’s sweater with traditional Norwegian “Eight Petal Roses” or Selbu Roses as the main motif in a natural white and dark gray fingering weight Scottish lambswool. Now, my daughter has turned 15 and it’s about time to get this design published. The pattern is written for needles from Signature Needle Arts and the chosen yarn is a lovely, hand dyed, very soft Superwash Merino wool from Miss Babs.
Yarn recommended is Miss Babs Yummy 2-ply.
2 skeins of Obsidian or Black Magic and 1 skein of Faded.
